A little about Nichole Crandall and her offerings…
Nichole has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has first hand experience as to how yoga helps to meet the challenges and demands of every day life. She sought her first certification in 2012 in order to share yoga with others and specializes in teaching many styles. Nichole has the ability to customize a specific yoga practice to each individual/group, situation and environment. She has a knack for finding creative solutions when it comes to unique constraints whether it’s physical (individuals with physical/mental disabilities) or environmental (limited space, time, props).
